  • How do I know what size belt to order?

GETTING THE RIGHT SIZE BELT WHEN YOU CAN’T TRY IT ON USING A BELT THAT FITS TO OBTAIN THE SIZE YOU WANT

If you have a belt that fits the way you like, use it to determine the size that you need.  Lay the belt flat and measure the distance in inches from the hole that you are using to where the belt folds around the buckle. Measure between A & B (see image below). This number is going to be your belt size. If the measurement is an odd number, go up to the next even size. (If your belt measures a 31 order a 32).

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A BELT THAT FITS

  1. Measure your waist. This is most accurate by actually running the tape measure through your belt loops.
  2. Make sure to measure at the waist level you intend to wear the belt.
  3. This number will be your belt size. If the measurement is an odd number, go up to the next even size. (If your belt measures a 31 order a 32).

  • Will the dye rub off on my clothes or animal?

It is uncommon that any dye will rub off onto your clothing or your dog’s fur.  We use a sealant over the dye to avoid any potential transfer.  If you do experience any dye transfer, try pretreating and washing.  If you have any concerns, please reach out to us via email at woodleyhollow@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to Canada or internationally due to increasing costs and tax regulations.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

 

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ship your order within 1-3 business days after it is received, not including holidays.

 

  • What are your shipping methods?

We ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  If you enter a PO Box number as your address, it will ship via USPS.   We strive to choose a delivery option that will arrive to you within 3-5 business days, but that is dependent on your location.  Allow more time during holidays.

 

  • Do you have a retail location?

At this time, we do not have a retail location.
